Return Policy:

Always verify the product description and specifications before making a purchase.

All NUMU LLC products are unique, handmade items; differences in color, texture, or size compared to a photograph are not considered grounds for a return. Our handmade textiles are exclusive, collectible items that are distinctly personalized. Due to their nature and the delicate texture, weave, and thread used, they may easily deteriorate through misuse or improper handling by the customer.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

- Variations in color, texture, or size inherent to the handmade crafting process.

- Misuse or improper handling of the product by the customer.

- Changes in taste or personal preference after the purchase.

Digital Downloads:

Files will be available for download once payment has been confirmed.

Return Policy for Quality Defects:

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, please send us proof of the defect (description, photos, or videos). Our team will evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, authorize the return (the customer assumes the cost of shipping).

The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, showing no signs of use or alteration.

  • We do not issue monetary refunds.

In the event that an exchange is approved but the exact product is unavailable, the following will be offered:

  • A store credit issued to the customer for a future purchase.

Shipping Policy:

The preparation time required to process an order for shipment may vary. Please check each individual item listing for specific details.

You can obtain a shipping cost estimate during the checkout process by selecting your preferred delivery option.

Shipments within the United States are sent via USPS; estimated shipping time is approximately 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

International shipments are sent via FedEx; estimated shipping time ranges from approximately 5 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. Each package can be tracked using the provided tracking code on the official FedEx website. Tariffs and Customs Duties

Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable tariffs and customs duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
